Refund Policy
All Sales are Final. If jewelry is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving item or correction will be null and void.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via USPS 5-7 business days after payment is processed.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned to us, we cannot resend it.
- If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, DAIZY BABY is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing name and address. Please email us immediately to make any changes to orders with incorrect shipping info.
