How long does handling/shipping take?

  • This handling process usually takes 5-7 days to ship after payment is processed. Not including weekends or any major holidays.

 

Why don't my flowers look exactly like the photos online?

  • Every flower and piece from nature will not be 100% the same. That is the beauty of each piece. They are handmade, therefore they are unique and one of a kind. 

 

What is it made from?

  • Our jewelry features real flowers preserved in resin, and each piece is unique.
  • It is possible that microscopic bubbles can sometimes be visible, but we try to keep it clear as possible. There may be minor imperfections in the resin.
  • Our jewelry is hypoallergenic, lead, and nickel free.
  • The ear wires and posts are either 14-18kt gold plated, rhodium plated, sterling silver, or stainless steel.

 

How should I care for my DAIZY BABY jewelry?

  • To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid exposure to water, harsh chemicals, and prolonged direct sunlight. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place when not in use. Keep away from sharp objects so it won't be scratched. Flowers naturally fade over time.

 

 How to plant your seed backing cards?

  1. Place your seed paper on soil that is slightly compressed, but not too hard-packed.
  2. Add 1/8 inch of soil on top of the paper and give it a good drink of water.
  3. Make sure it's always moist and in a sunny spot.
  4. Wait for sprouts — you should see them within 7-10 days!

If you don't see anything, the seeds could either be duds or that specific paper doesn't contain enough seeds. You can always compost the paper!

 

Are your products eco-friendly?

  • We are committed to sustainability and use eco-friendly practices wherever possible. Our flowers are sourced responsibly, and our packaging is recyclable and/or compostable.

 

Where's my order or shipping confirmation email?

  • Please check your spam folder.

 

My tracking number on my package says delivered when it hasn't?

  • There are a few instances where USPS tracking says a package has been delivered but it hasn't and most of the packages are found/delivered.
  • Once a package is accepted by the USPS, DAIZY BABY is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. You should open a claim/report with the USPS  website.
  • Please keep your name visible on the report to match the order. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis.

 

I lost one of my earrings, can you send me a replacement?

  • No, but you can buy another pair if and when they become available in the shop. DAIZY BABY is not responsible for lost or stolen items after you have received them.

 

I input the wrong shipping address. Can I cancel my order?

  • If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, DAIZY BABY is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing name and address. Please email us immediately to make any changes to orders with incorrect shipping info.
